Lyla Evans is a recent graduate of Drew University where she studied Media and Communications, Film and Arts Administration. Experienced in various forms of digital media, she has developed her familiarity with DSLR technology and Adobe Creative Suite through positions in video production, marketing, and content creation. Throughout her education, she utilized these skills to imagine more inclusive spaces in media. Such self-created projects include the development of a documentary series detailing the lack of Asian American representation in the film and television industries, as well as, social media campaigns for First-Generation college student awareness.
She also has a comical self-created dog blog The Ruffington Post, where she writes as both herself and her smarter and more sophisticated dog, Lex.
